He has done both 7a and 504 loans. At his last bank they had months with 5 to 6 SBA loans and other months with 14 to 16 SBA loans. He has met with customers to fill out the application, gathered the financials, requested, reviewed and filed the UCC’s, ordered the title reports, environmental reports, opened the escrow, send out closing instructions and filed the loan with the SBA via Etran. Would like an opportunity either in California or working remotely with a base salary of $100,000.
