We are working with a community bank that offers a welcoming, family-focused culture with priorities in the right order. Due to a recent shift in the accounting department, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join this well-respected $500+ million financial institution. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience with a bank that is over $500 million. This individual is responsible for strategic financial recommendations and implementation adhering to all related generally accepted accounting principles, tax and regulatory laws, rules, and regulations to accurately reflect the financial position of the bank at all times. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and supervision skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of GAAP and subchapter S banking.
