Our client is looking for an experienced Ag Loan Officer due to internal promotion. This person must have at least 3 – 5 years of ag lending experience as they will inherit a sizeable clean portfolio. They plan on having the portfolio through renewal before this person starts so they can focus on getting to know the relationships and work to bring on additional relationships throughout the first year.
