Our client is seeking an Operations Processing Administrator for their operations department located in Northeast Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of experience in financial institution operations. They are a Fiserv organization and that experience would be helpful but not required. This department processes for two different banking systems. They will be involved in Project Management, developing efficiencies, continuous improvement efforts, standardization, etc. with existing and new product development and enhancements. They will be involved in Branch Operations and Deposit Operations. This person will assist as needed in training and setting up new employees with access to the system. There are 10 to 12 people that work on this team. This individual will eventually start to supervise. The ideal individual will take over as COO in 3 to 5 years due to a retirement.
