Our client is a very healthy community bank group that is currently looking for a Commercial Loan Officer in their Indianapolis, Indiana office. This bank is a very progressive bank that is well-capitalized and ready to lend money. Our client is looking for an individual who has at least 2 years experience in Small Business commercial lending. In the beginning, some of the portfolio might be transferred to this candidate based on experience, but this person will be responsible for generating new SBA and conventional banking relationships (deposits and loans) by calling on prospective and current clients to discuss their financial needs. The primary focus will be on small business relationships with credit exposure of $1 million or less in and around the Indianapolis market. They would prefer someone that can fit into a very relationship-driven bank culture.
