We are working with a financial institution that has over $1 billion in assets and looking to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will have over fifteen years of senior financial management experience working in either a bank or credit union and a CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred. This individual will be responsible for the development and oversight of the financial strategy, financial condition, and financial position of this growing bank, and maximize returns by making recommendations for budget preparation, income forecasts, and operational changes. Additionally, they will ensure the accounting and recordkeeping activities of the bank meet generally accepted accounting practices and all other state and federal regulations.
