Our client is a $200 million community bank. They have a retirement at end of 2024 but would like this person to come in now and work beside the individual retiring. They will manage 3 FT and 1 PT individuals. These individuals do the loan servicing and funding processes and procedures for commercial, consumer, participations and residential loans. This individual will be responsible for the underwriting and processing of loans on the secondary market. They will need to have 2 plus years of experience in loan processing and funding and 5 plus years of experience in secondary market home mortgage lending underwriting and processing. This individual needs to be a self starter and have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.
