Our client is a financial institution that is seeking a Lending Center Manager for their site in Lincoln, Nebraska. This team consists currently of 2 full time and 1 part time loan officers. They take inbound calls in reference to various consumer loans and products. This individual will also be assisting them but also have the ability to train. The main focus of the training and coaching will be in the ability to handle the call and cross – sell other products for the Credit Union over the phone. Some of the inbound will be new customers and some will be existing calling in with questions or to make a payment. Leadership and coaching skills will be essential.
