Our client is a community bank that is seeking to add a Commercial Loan Officer. This organization will have their Commercial Loan Officer retire in the next couple of years. They do mainly the non ag loans of the bank. Mainly C & I loans. They would like to bring someone in now and start having them get to know the bank culture and the community. They would look at training someone out of college or a more seasoned lender. This is a strong growing community bank that is dedicated to North Central Kansas.
