Our client is a financially solid $500 million community bank located in Northern Missouri. It is family owned with plans for continued growth. Our client is seeking an individual with at least 3 years banking HR experience. This individual will be responsible for the following: develops and implements human resource policies regarding recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, training, EEO compliance, employee relations, and payroll. Plans, organizes and directs the employees engaged in performing these duties. Provides guidance on policies as they relate to employees. Responsible for the submission of required federal, state and local reports relating to personnel matters.
