We are currently conducting a search for an Agricultural Loan Officer for a small community bank located in the Kokomo, Indiana market area. This bank is extremely healthy as it has a very strong ROA and ROE and is continuing to grow and expand. This is a newly created position as they are wanting to develop a stronger commercial presence in both Howard County and Cass County. The ideal candidate should have 5 plus years ag lending experience in the local market. The successful candidate will take over a very small existing portfolio and concentrate on new business development. The focus is ag operating lines of credit with an average credit size of $500,000 – $2 million.
