Our client is a $100 million plus community bank group that is looking to hire a Commercial / Ag Lender with five plus years experience that is capable of taking over a $10 million portfolio and depending on background and experience could potentially step up to a Chief Lending Officer role. This person will be also be spending 30 – 40% of their time in new business development while working with commercial / ag loans in the $300,000 – $500,000 sweet spot range up to $1 million. This bank has plans for steady growth coming from a very strong capital position. This organization also offers a 12% 401k and profit sharing program.
