THE FOUNDER
Richard Strobel has over 27 years of experience in the banking industry, three years at the IRS and employment in bond insurance. He has spent most of his career training credit underwriters and loan officers. As a Senior Credit Officer, Richard has authorized thousands of loans, worked with multiple lending teams and has written several credit policies and procedures. He has managed five large loan underwriting departments at different banks, led two small business loan departments and created one department from the ground up. Many of Richard’s former employees have advanced in their careers to hold management positions in numerous banks. His credit analysis training covers all of the necessary elements of credit underwriting in a single course, prepares the rookie for advancement or sharpens the skills of the experienced banker. In addition to Richard’s credit background and training expertise, his prior IRS and bond insurance experience provide him with a unique perspective for loan underwriting and qualify him as an extremely valuable resource in the industry.
