A Montana based client needs a VP Senior Lender to take over an established agriculture portfolio and help grow the market. Ideally this person will also provide management support and help develop the lending staff. Although the focus is agricultural lending (cattle and dryland crops) there will be some commercial, real estate and construction loans. They have realistic goals and expectations, which are achievable for a new business developer. This bank offers a strong compensation package/benefits and is very stable.
