ACKS71099 – Director of Loan Operations – Northeast Kansas

A $1.3 billion bank HCO is seeking a Director of Loan Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its loan operations function. This individual will oversee commercial loan processing and documentation, loan servicing, collateral administration, operational risk, compliance, and quality assurance while identifying opportunities to improve systems, technology, and workflow efficiencies. Additional responsibilities include partnering with lending and other business lines to ensure effective service delivery, maintaining business continuity and third-party oversight, and leading and developing the loan operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience directing loan operations for a similarly sized or larger financial institution, preferably one with multiple markets, branches, or business lines. A strong background in commercial loan documentation, loan administration, and loan operations is essential, along with the ability to lead a team, maintain sound operational controls, and support the needs of a growing lending organization.
