We are seeking a Senior Trust Operations Officer to join a well-established Wealth Management team in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This position oversees complex trust operations, including account administration, asset transfers, wires, ACH transactions, reconciliations, and tax withholding. Responsibilities include resolving operational issues, ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards and internal controls, improving processes, managing workflow, and providing guidance and training to team members. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of trust operations or related financial services experience; a CTOP (Certified Trust Operations Professional) or CSOP (Certified Securities Operations Professional) is preferred; and strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
