A growing financial institution is seeking a Branch Manager for its Lincoln market. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced financial professional who can oversee branch operations, lead a team, and continue to build strong relationships with existing customers through consumer and residential lending and deposit development. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of financial institution experience, including lending, deposit development, and demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience. Responsibilities will include staff management, performance coaching, training, staffing, compliance, and maintaining high standards for products and service. This busy branch will have 2 Loan Officers and 3 to 5 tellers. The Branch Manager will have some lending authority after learning the system.
