This is a hands-on lending role for someone with 3+ years of Ag credit experience who can analyze, underwrite, structure, and manage credits from start to finish, with some mom-and-pop commercial/CRE experience as well. You’ll step into an existing portfolio while also having the opportunity to develop relationships and grow your book in the Jamestown to Devils Lake market.
