Our client is a $900 million bank holding company seeking a Location Manager for a branch in Northeast Kansas. This individual will oversee the day-to-day branch operations, customer service, and retail staff while monitoring goals and metrics and championing a customer-first community banking culture. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships and new business, identifying growth opportunities, mentoring and scheduling staff, overseeing hiring and staffing needs, and ensuring operation controls are followed, including monthly and quarterly audits. The Location Manager will also oversee branch opening and closing procedures. The bank is seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of banking experience with increasing responsibility, preferably including management experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, management, and communication skills, along with a commitment to customer service and the local community.
