This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Ag Loan Officer to join a well-established $400 million community bank with a strong agricultural presence. Due to a planned retirement in the spring of 2027, the bank is looking to bring someone on now to allow for a smooth transition of a well-established portfolio. They are seeking a lender with at least five to ten years of agricultural lending experience who can step in, build relationships quickly, and continue providing exceptional service to their customers. The incoming lender will inherit a portfolio of approximately $35 million to $40 million that is roughly 85% agricultural and agribusiness. The customer base includes row crop operations, feeder farmers, and feedlots, with typical lending relationships reaching $5 million and with the bank $10 million. While the bank has a credit analyst on staff, lenders are expected to complete their own credit analysis. Experience with the Abrigo credit platform is a plus.
