A community bank located in the Greenwood Village, Colorado area is seeking an experienced Commercial Credit Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong credit professional who enjoys being involved in the full credit process and working closely with the commercial lenders. The ideal candidate will have three plus years of commercial credit analysis experience with exposure to a variety of commercial lending relationships, including C%26 I and CRE. They are looking for a roll-up-the-sleeves individual who can analyze complex credits, understand the story behind the numbers, and provide thoughtful credit support. This individual will be responsible for analyzing new loan requests, renewals, updating the financials, and updating risk ratings. The bank utilizes an Excel spreadsheet system for its analysis.
