Our client is seeking a Retail Deposit Officer to provide leadership and strategic direction for the retail banking division. This position is ideal for a banking professional with strong retail deposit expertise and a proven background in retail banking leadership. The successful candidate will have experience managing retail operations, driving deposit growth, and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations. They will be responsible for leading the bank’s retail delivery strategy, focusing on customer growth, retention, deposit acquisition, service excellence, and overall branch performance. A key component will be in coaching branch managers and retail staff to help them strengthen business development efforts and enhance customer relationships.
