Our client is a community bank seeking a Branch Manager for their site on the north side of Fort Wayne, Indiana. They will be in charge of a branch that is very heavy in deposits and customers that are very loyal to the community and the bank. This person will supervise 5 employees and occasionally need to jump in to assist. They will be responsible for all operations of the branch. Some of these duties include wire transfers, mobile deposits, opening/closing accounts, marketing budget, and making sure the teller’s drawers balance. This person needs to have a leadership personality. Someone who has managed in their career would be a plus. This individual will need to come from the retail side.
