Our client is a well-established $1 Billion bank in eastern Kansas that is seeking to add a Chief Operations Officer to their executive leadership team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the bank’s operational functions while collaborating across departments to support overall organizational goals and continued growth. The COO will provide leadership over deposit operations, core processing, ancillary banking programs, human resources, payroll, retail operations, and portions of loan operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and capable of both managing teams and stepping in to perform operational tasks when needed. Areas of responsibility will include core operations, ACH, balance control, debit card ops, deposit account maintenance and documentation, research, wires, retail services, cash audits, staffing scheduling, and operational problem solving. This person will also need to mentor and develop leaders. This individual will need to have 3 plus years of bank operations and management.
