Our client is a leader in the commercial niche lending space. They are looking for a seasoned Commercial Underwriting manager for an industry expert servicing a market that doesn’t typically fit the lending models of traditional banks. Credits could be anywhere from $1 to $30 million. This role is supporting a team of about 10 credit analysts / underwriters. This role will be supervising the Credit Underwriter’s who performs independent credit analysis and risk assessment on large and complex credit relationships. Identify and assess key risks associated with a borrower’s financial performance, industry and other variables that should be considered in determining a borrower’s risk profile. This person will successfully promote and support the mission of the bank by providing extraordinary service to internal and external clients.
