A well-established, privately held community bank with over $1 billion in assets is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to join its growing lending team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of commercial credit underwriting experience who enjoys analyzing commercial and commercial real estate loans while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Loan requests are assigned through a centralized queue, with analysts typically managing 2?4 credit requests at a time, allowing for a balanced workload and quality analysis. You’ll support a team of 22 commercial lenders, providing thorough credit analysis and underwriting recommendations that help drive sound lending decisions. While you won’t have voting authority on the loan committee, you’ll have the opportunity to sit in on loan committee meetings, gaining valuable exposure to the decision-making process and further developing your commercial banking expertise.
