A large, well-established bank is seeking a Commercial or Ag Lender to serve the Marshalltown market. This role is ideal for someone who knows the area, whether currently local or previously established in the market, and is motivated to grow meaningful, long-term customer relationships. You’ll have the backing of a strong institution, competitive lending capacity, and the support structure needed to compete effectively. An ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Ag or Commercial (CLO) lending experience or be a strong Branch Manager ready to step into a lending role.
