These roles offer the ability to originate loans nationwide and can be based out of several branch locations, with a strong preference for Overland Park, Kansas. The bank balance sheets a portion of its loans in its portfolio while selling a majority on the secondary market, while maintaining the servicing. They offer a full mix of mortgage products and are looking for producers who consistently average over a million dollars per month in volume. The bank is growth-oriented and is receiving many referrals for mortgage loans.
