We are seeking a President to oversee lending, operations, customer relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a working leadership role focused on relationship management, smart loan and deposit growth, leading a strong internal team, and maintaining the bank’s conservative, community-focused culture. The ideal candidate would carry a loan portfolio and have commercial real estate lending experience, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach to community banking.
