The successful candidate will have 7+ years of commercial and/or agricultural lending experience, proven credit and loan authority, and the ability to make sound lending decisions with a bank lending limit of up to $3 million. In addition to managing relationships and driving portfolio growth, this individual will have meaningful loan approval authority, mentor and develop junior lenders, and serve as a trusted resource for both customers and staff.
