We are seeking an EVP of Retail Banking to join our client’s executive team. The ideal candidate will bring over ten years of experience in retail banking, including at least three years overseeing multiple branch locations. This individual will lead six department heads and play a key role in shaping the bank’s retail strategy. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep appreciation for community banking, and a proven track record in driving results through relationship-based sales-not through high-pressure tactics but by truly understanding and meeting customer needs. A strong understanding of retail banking operations and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is essential.
