A $500 million community bank located west of Kearney, Nebraska is seeking a driven and community -focused Commercial Lender to join their team. This role offers the flexibility to live anywhere from west of Kearney to Gothenburg, Nebraska. The successful candidate will inherit a small portfolio to manage and will have the opportunity to grow it through business development and active community involvement. The focus will be on commercial and CRE, with loan sizes ranging from $100,000 mom and pop to larger multi-million dollar loans. The bank provides credit analysis assistance and they use Sageworks for their spreadsheets. This position is with a growing ESOP bank that is focused on building a strong community presence.
