We are working with a well-established financial institution with assets of around $500 million. They are seeking to add Mortgage Originators to their current team. This opportunity can be based in either Lincoln or Omaha. They seek a motivated, seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer with at least three years of experience. The institution offers a strong product mix, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans, and uses conventional underwriting. This is a high-performing mortgage division that retains a majority of loans in-house. Half of your business will come from the existing customer base, and the other half will be self-sourced through your network of realtors, builders, and other centers of influence.
