Executive Recruiter

  • Various recruiters assignments pertinent to the executive search consulting business.
  • Act upon direct referrals, update files within the database, and market and source for candidates.
  • Contact prospective candidates and pre-screen for current and future assignments.
  • Source broadcast e-mail or direct mail campaigns.
  • Work in conjunction with the executive search consultant on any assignments, research projects, follow up calls, and reference checking and transcriptions.
  • Compile and establish networks of information concisely.
  • E-mail message to management, when appropriate, and log appropriate activity to our state-of-the-art database system.
  • Be the eyes and ears to business news; an expert in detail work, an extension of your work with clients and candidates.
  • Work in-depth with candidates developing concise candidate profiles, preparing briefing files for candidates interviewing with companies, screening out obvious poor fits, interviewing by telephone for additional information, updating resumes, qualifying people on the prospect list, and setting up interviews.
  • Establish business development and network continuously with new candidates and clients.
  • Represent Adams at trade shows, regional conferences and conventions
