We are working with a fast growing financial institution just south of Indianapolis seeking an experienced Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to lead technology implementations, strengthen enterprise infrastructure, and resolve complex technical issues. This hands-on role offers meaningful project ownership across Windows servers, VMware, storage, networking, backups, and security within a collaborative team that values initiative and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate brings five to eight years of relevant experience and a track record of implementing systems and driving projects to completion. Azure experience and technical certifications are a plus; banking or credit union experience is welcome but not required. This primarily on-site opportunity offers some remote-day flexibility, potential career advancement, and participation in after-hours escalation support.
