ACAZ71020 – Commercial Loan Processor / Loan Documentation Specialist – Northwest AZ

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Processor / Loan Documentation Specialist to join a financial institution in Northwest Arizona that is expanding its lending team and needs strong back-office support to keep pace with its growth. This is an in-office role and will be the backbone of the lending department. You’d prepare and coordinate documentation for new and renewed commercial loans from approval through closing, using LaserPro. You’d also order and track title, appraisals, flood certifications, and insurance, working directly with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies, and review every file for accuracy and exceptions before it closes. Credit decisions at this bank can come back in as little as a day, so a processor who keeps files moving and closings clean is central to the bank’s reputation for speed. Ideal candidates bring commercial loan processing or documentation experience, hands-on LaserPro knowledge, and strong organization and attention to detail, and they’re comfortable working closely with a small lending team.
