Our client is a privately held, several-hundred-million-dollar community bank near Marshall, Minnesota, looking to fill the role of Ag Loan Officer in a $50 million branch location. The successful candidate will have at least three years of ag lending experience and be capable of taking over a $15-20 million existing portfolio of ag loans while developing $1-2 million in new loans per year.
