Our client is a little over a $1 billion bank that is seeking a Commercial Lender for their Topeka market. This is an established market with a strong commercial portfolio, primarily consisting of commercial real estate and C %26 I, along with some SBA lending. The lender will join a team that includes two other commercial lenders and a Market President who are all actively involved in lending, with three dedicated Credit Analysts also based in Topeka supporting the lending team. They are looking for a lender with a minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience who can step into an established portfolio and continue to build relationships and grow the market. A candidate with local ties to Topeka is preferred, although they will consider strong candidate from the surrounding Kansas market.
