The bank is looking for a VP Ag Loan Production Manager to run the Ag Loan department at the Holding Company site. This individual will come in and take over a portfolio. They will help to grow the organizations ag lending division. They will need to enjoy getting out into the community to build business. They will also help to mentor other ag loan officers. Typical size deals are $250,000 to $2 million, including row crop and cow-calf operations. It is a strong farming area with good economic development.
