We have an exciting opportunity with an extremely healthy and fast growing financial institution in the Kansas City area. They are seeking a Chief Lending Officer to lead and expand their lending operations and deposit generation. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of commercial lending experience focusing on commercial real estate credit, combined with a deep understanding of credit, loan structuring, and new business development. The Chief Lending Officer will work in concert with the CEO to steer the bank’s lending operations and strategies, oversee portfolio growth, maintain
portfolio quality, manage lending risk and build and foster strong client relationships. This position could lead to a Presidency down the road.
