Our client is seeking an experienced Market President to lead three community bank locations north of Wichita, Kansas. They can be based out of any of the three. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will inherit a well-established $25 to $30 million portfolio that is evenly split between agricultural and commercial lending, making experience in both areas essential. In addition to managing and growing the portfolio, this individual will be responsible for directing the lending operations of the 3 branches, providing leadership to the lending team, ensuring the market meets its financial and growth objectives, and serving as a strong ambassador for the bank throughout the communities is serves.
