Our client is a $1.4 billion bank HCO that is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer for their West Omaha/Elkhorn location. The portfolio out of that branch is 60% CRE and 40% C %26 I. There is a portfolio to be inherited and that portfolio amount will depend on experience of the new loan officer. They will look at individuals with 5 years of experience to individuals with 20 plus years of experience. The ideal candidate will be able to take on a portfolio and continue to grow the portfolio. They will look at credits typically in the 1 to 5 million dollar range but can do smaller and larger loans. This bank is well respected and is a Nebraska based bank.
