I?m currently working with a well-respected and growing financial institution that is seeking an experienced SBA Special Assets Officer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a sophisticated portfolio of complex SBA workout relationships, primarily involving credits of $2.5 million+, while working closely with executive leadership, legal counsel, and the SBA on high-impact resolutions and recovery strategies. The position can be fully remote for qualified candidates outside the Indiana market, with on-site flexibility available for local professionals. The bank is looking for someone with strong SBA liquidation/workout expertise, deep knowledge of SOP 50 57 and 7(a) servicing/liquidation actions, and the ability to navigate complex credit situations while helping protect the bank?s interests.
