CMKS70321 – Market President – Outside of Kansas City, KS metro
We are working with a highly respected community bank ($1 billion in assets) just outside the Kansas City metro area that is looking to add a Market President to this location. The role will oversee two loan officers, both with under 8 years of experience. Between the two loan officers, there is a portfolio of $100 million. This individual will be a producing manager and will need to grow and build a personal book of business. The portfolio is well diversified across commercial real estate, C %26 I, and construction lending, providing a strong base to build from. The bank is seeking a hands-on leader who can mentor and develop lenders, particularly in credit and business development, while also being an active producer and driving new relationships. This is a strong cultural fit for someone with a high level of energy and initiative who enjoys both leadership and production.
