We’re working with a well-respected, privately held community bank in Southwest Wisconsin ($500 million+ in assets) that is seeking an ag-focused lender or an emerging lender to join its team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of agricultural lending experience or a credit analyst/portfolio manager ready to step into a lending position. The individual will take over and grow a portfolio based on experience level, with a strong emphasis on relationship management; servicing and regularly visiting customers, with the expectation that new business will naturally follow.
