I am assisting a $1B community bank with a search for a Market President located just south of Kearney, Nebraska. This role will inherit an established $30 million loan portfolio and approximately $50 million in deposits. The portfolio is 90% agricultural, consisting primarily of row-crop, cow-calf operations, and a feedlot. The bank is seeking someone that has a strong ag banking background who can continue to grow the portfolio while leading the branch. This is a producing leadership role responsible for both business development and branch management. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-driven lender and strong leader who is active in the community and is currently living close to the market or will relocate to the market.
