They’re looking for someone with about 5+ years of ag lending experience, but they’re absolutely open to someone with solid Credit Analyst experience who wants to stay close to agriculture. The role will take over a portfolio base off of experience, but it’s mostly ag, with some small business mixed in and a few consumer loans and HELOCs.
