Our candidate has over 20 years of commercial credit experience. He has worked with community banks from 100 million to 600 million and corporate banks. He started his career as an Examiner. He moved into banking and learned new business development skills as well as credit skills. He started a credit department for a DeNovo bank that after 11 years sold to a regional bank. In his last role, he served as President CEO of a small community bank that he was responsible for sales/Marketing, compliance, Accounting, etc. He has held the titles of Commercial Credit Manager, Chief Credit Officer, and President/CEO in his last 20 years. In all of these roles, he also was responsible for driving business to the bank. He was raised in both Wisconsin and Northern Illinois but has also worked in other states.
