They have 14 years as a Chief Audit exec for an approximately $2 billion bank group. This individual oversees the completion of risk-based audit plans and SOX section 404 testing. They work directly with legal counsel, external audit firms, and bank management. This person is also responsible for annual FDICIA reporting and assisted in the development of their Enterprise Risk Management program. Would be open geographically for the right position with a base salary of $160,000.
