Our candidate is seeking a new position due to being downsized after a merger. He has held the titles of COO, CFO and President throughout his career. His true love is the Accounting and Operations side of the bank. He has experience with leading the ALCO committee, Board Reporting, ALLL, General Ledger, Budgeting and Forecasting, Call Reports, etc. He was the one responsible to get his bank ready for CECIL. His experience has been with small community banks up to banks over $4 billion. He is open geographically for the right position with a base salary of $150,000.
